The terms that apply when you book a junk removal or clearance collection with Junkaway UAE.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are based on the volume your items take in the truck and the access at the address, using the description and photographs you provide. The price is confirmed on site before anything is loaded. If the actual load is materially larger than described, we will tell you the revised price before starting, and you are free to decline.
We do not charge by the hour. Stair carries and dismantling are included in the flat price unless stated otherwise when quoting.
Booking and timing
Collection windows are booked in advance. Where a building requires a service lift slot, move permit or gate access, the booking depends on that being granted. We will tell you if a same-day window is not realistic rather than promise one we cannot meet.
Traffic, weather and building access can affect arrival times. If a crew is delayed we will contact you.
What we can and cannot take
We remove household and commercial items including furniture, appliances, electronics, fit-out debris, garden waste and general clutter.
We cannot legally carry hazardous chemicals, explosives or gas cylinders, medical or clinical waste, asbestos and insulation board, industrial volumes of oil, paint or solvents, or anything restricted under UAE law. If your load includes these, a licensed specialist is required.
Your responsibilities
Please ensure the items to be removed are clearly identified before the crew begins. We remove only what has been pointed out. Check drawers, wardrobes and boxes for personal belongings, documents and valuables before collection; we cannot be responsible for items disposed of inside furniture.
Please make sure you have the right to dispose of the items, and that any landlord, building or community permission needed has been obtained.
Liability
Our crews take care with floors, walls, lift interiors and doorways, and use protection where needed. Where damage is caused by our negligence, contact us promptly so we can address it. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for items disposed of at your instruction.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the collection unless other terms have been agreed in writing for business accounts.
Cancellation
You can cancel or reschedule a booking by calling or messaging us. Please give as much notice as you can so the slot can be offered to someone else.
Disposal
Loads are sorted for reuse, recycling and licensed disposal. Once items are collected, ownership passes to us and we decide the appropriate disposal route. Business customers can request a written summary of a collection.
