Do you offer same-day junk removal?
Yes, across Dubai for requests confirmed before 2 PM, subject to crew availability. Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi are usually next day.
Do you remove furniture?
Sofas, beds, wardrobes, majlis sets and office furniture — dismantled if needed, wrapped and carried out. Stairs and tight lifts are part of the job, not an extra.
Do you remove appliances?
Fridges, washing machines, ovens, water heaters and split ACs. Disconnection is handled by the crew and refrigerant units go to a compliant processor.
Do you provide property cleanouts?
Full villa, apartment, office, warehouse and post-eviction cleanouts, including a sweep at the end. Larger properties are quoted after a short site visit or a video walk-through.

Booking, access and payment
Which emirates do you cover?
All seven. Dubai is same-day; Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi are usually next day; Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain run on scheduled days.
Do I need to be home during the pickup?
Not always. Leave access with security or a neighbour and send photos beforehand. We confirm the details by phone before loading.
Do you book the service lift?
We handle building management requests and move-out permits for most towers in Dubai. Tell us the building name when you book.
What happens to my items?
Usable furniture goes to donation partners, metals and e-waste to licensed recyclers, and only the remainder to a transfer station.
Can you collect after hours?
Yes for offices and retail. Evening and Friday slots are available on request for commercial jobs.
Do I need to move the junk outside?
No. Leave everything where it is. Our crew carries it out from wherever it sits: upstairs rooms, basements, storerooms or the garden.
What items can you not take?
Hazardous chemicals, explosives and gas cylinders, medical and clinical waste, asbestos, industrial volumes of oil or paint, and anything regulated under UAE law.
Is junk removal free in Dubai?
Partly. We pick up good-condition furniture free of charge when it can be reused or donated, such as a clean sofa, wardrobe, dining set or office chairs. Broken or heavily worn items, appliances and general junk are collected as a standard booking. Send photos on WhatsApp and we will tell you which applies.
How can I get rid of junk or old furniture for free?
If the furniture is still usable, send us photos and we will confirm a free pickup. You can also sell it, give it away online or book a free furniture donation pickup. For mixed loads, broken items or anything heavy, one booked collection is usually the quickest way to clear everything in one visit.
Do you offer office junk removal and office furniture removal?
Yes. Desks, office chairs, partitions, cabinets and IT equipment are removed after hours or at weekends so the office keeps working, from a few chairs up to a full floor clearance.
Do you remove hotel, hospital or lab equipment?
Yes, for non-hazardous items: hotel FF&E, hospital beds, waiting-room furniture, cabinets and decontaminated lab benches or equipment. Clinical waste, sharps, chemicals and lab waste must go through a licensed medical or hazardous waste handler.
Do you offer free junk removal in Sharjah?
The same rule applies in Sharjah: good-condition furniture can be picked up free on our scheduled runs, and everything else is collected as a standard booking.
