Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, city, the service you need, and optionally your email address, area and a description of the items to be removed. If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp we hold whatever details you choose to share in that conversation.
If you send photographs or a video of the items, we keep them only for as long as needed to quote and complete the job.
Why we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry, provide a price, and arrange the collection. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about that specific job.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade them with anyone.
Who else sees it
Your details are shared only with the crew assigned to your collection, and with our hosting and form providers who store the data on our behalf. Where a disposal facility requires a record of a commercial collection, that record identifies the business, not personal contact details.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are kept for a short period and then deleted. Completed job records are kept for our accounting and disposal records as required.
